About the venue
The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh has a wide range of facilities in unique surroundings available for meetings, conferences and weddings.
Each of the spaces offer a tranquil backdrop, all within easy reach of Edinburgh’s city centre. The John Hope Gateway is the newest addition to the gardens and while a daytime 120 seater visitor restaurant, can be transformed in the evening to the city’s most stunning event space with environmental sustainability at heart. By day the Gateway offers the smaller David Douglas Room to hire for meetings and other occasions. Nestled in the Gardens, the Victorian built Caledonian Hall and newly sited year round Pavilion offer a completely different space. With views to landscaped grounds this is the perfect setting for lunches or dinners for up to 100 people.
